The whole story seems from an outside observer notary Atterson. From his distant relative Mr. Enfield he learns the terrible story of cruelty of a Mr. Hyde in relation to the little girl, but the most unpleasant that the mysterious Hyde is associated with a long-time friend of the notary Dr. Henry Jekyll. And all anything, if not for the news that sometimes Mr. Hyde appears at the doctor’s house and servants should carry out all his orders.

And then, Hyde is doing terrible evil, and Dr. Jekyll is behaving very oddly, begins to shut down in his office and refuse to meet.
