Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking by Susan Cain

Quiet The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking by Susan CainIn the book «Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking», Susan Cain talks about the study of the phenomenon, about psychology, trying to understand this question, about the physiology, prefrontal cortex and dopamine, a bit about how evolution contributed to the persistence of “introverts” in the population, about famous introverts. This is dedicated to probably half of the book very interesting half the book, they are worth it. But all this, as I thought, not important.

The main thing, in my opinion, written a book about how introverts live in a hostile world-oriented extroverts. Nonsense, what hostility? In fact, many things are invented not just introverts. All openspace, leadership, teamwork in groups, to the detriment of the individual, mass parties, “sociability”, brainstormy, public speaking and presentation for any occasion. It is believed that this is done to show what introverts are great.

In the course of reading for the readers, there is another explanation. They think that all these people read the post or the book and felt a closeness to the author, some peace that they’re fine, “insufficiently involved in the life class” is nonsense. They learned and realized a lot of things that affect their lives. And these feeling they moved. Many wanted to tell their friends about how they feel and how they work better. What are the difficulties and how to get out of them.
